Nursery technique

After collection of mature fruits, seeds are extracted by removing the pulp from the stone, and the latter should be sown as soon after ripening as possible in rich well- loosened soil. During the first two or three years it is advisable to protect the young plants from frost, sun and also to water them in dry weather.
