Nursery technique

Fruits are collected before they fall form the tree, then dried in the sun and the seeds extracted by hand. The seeds are dibbled in shaded beds soon after collection. The seeds can be stored for a couple of months in a dry, well-ventilated shed. Germination takes place in 3-4 weeks. No. of seeds per kg is 1060-1660.
